Features:

PLC controlled with human machine interface. AC servo to adjust the speed.It no need spot welding by human in advance. People manually put the plate on the machine, and then the machine will auto weld it.

SP02 equipped with 2pcs Japan OTC welding gun. MAG/CO2 inverter gas shield welding. The welding gun are in a fix position, while the pipe is rotated when welding the pipe. If need, the welding gun can be adjusted the position and angel.

The machine can be adjusted to weld the pipe length from 500mm to 3000mm.

The outer dia. of the pipe can beΦ48mm and Φ60mm. The thickness of the pipe can be 2.5-3.5mm.
Speed: 669pcs for 8 hours.
